CopySage is licensed to you (End-User) by Alelin Apps (Licensor), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.
By downloading the application from the Apple App Store, and any update thereto, you indicate that you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
Please note: This agreement is between you and Alelin Apps only — not Apple. Alelin Apps, not Apple, is solely responsible for Hot Horse and its content. If there is any conflict between this agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions will govern.
The application
A clipboard and copy utility for Apple mobile devices that brings smart copy and paste tools to your daily workflow.
The application is not designed or intended to comply with industry-specific healthcare regulations such as HIPAA or FISMA. If your use would be subject to such laws, this application may not be appropriate for that purpose.
Scope of license
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use Hot Horse on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license may be extended to other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
This license covers any updates to the application provided by Alelin Apps, unless a separate license is provided for such an update.
You may not share or redistribute the application to third parties, beyond what is permitted by Apple's Terms and Conditions.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of the application without Alelin Apps' prior written consent.
You may not copy or alter the application or any portion thereof, except as expressly authorized by this license. Backup copies are permitted on devices you own or control.
This license is personal to you. You may not transfer Hot Horse or any associated subscription to another person. If you sell or transfer a device on which Hot Horse is installed, you must remove the application first.
Alelin Apps reserves the right to modify the terms of this license and to terminate or suspend your access to the application at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these terms.
Technical requirements
The App requires iOS 18.0 or later. Alelin Apps recommends keeping your device updated to the latest available version of iOS.
Alelin Apps will endeavor to keep the application compatible with current iOS versions and hardware, but does not guarantee updates and reserves the right to modify technical specifications at any time. It is your responsibility to confirm that your device meets the requirements before installing the application.
Maintenance and support
If you need support with Hot Horse, please contact Alelin Apps directly — not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for this application.

Warranty and liability
In the event that Hot Horse fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Hot Horse. All other warranty claims are the sole responsibility of Alelin Apps.
Hot Horse provides information to assist your decision-making about equine care. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary judgment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health concerns about your animal.
Product claims
Alelin Apps, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Hot Horse or your possession and use of it, including:
(i) product liability claims;
(ii) any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and
(iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Legal compliance
By using Hot Horse, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Termination
This license is valid until terminated by Alelin Apps or by you. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the application and destroy all copies, full or partial.
Third-party terms and beneficiary
When using Hot Horse, you must comply with any applicable third-party terms of service, including those of your wireless carrier or data service provider.
Hot Horse uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to RevenueCat's terms of service in addition to this agreement.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this License Agreement. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple has the right to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Intellectual property rights
Alelin Apps, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that Hot Horse or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
Governing law
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, excluding its conflict of law rules.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of this agreement is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Any invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one that achieves the same primary purpose as closely as possible.
Any modifications or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing.
